About the Team

At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Systems Reliability Engineering (SRE) team based in Hoofddorp. Our SRE team comprises talented individuals working collaboratively to deliver the best support to our customers promptly. As a team, we are focused on maintaining high system reliability and availability.

You will report to the Support Manager, who provides guidance and support in ensuring seamless operations within the team. At Nutanix, we offer a hybrid work setup where employees are expected to be in the office for two days a week. This setup allows for a good balance between the collaborative benefits of in-person interactions and the flexibility of remote work.

In terms of travel requirements, there are no extensive travel demands for this position. Our focus is primarily on delivering exceptional support to our customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team members.

For the junior position, we offer a fixed-term contract of 1 year duration, with the possibility to extend it to full-time.

Your Role

  • Support Nutanix's HCI by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting complex issues to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Enhance the product's serviceability by continually analyzing and resolving challenges to improve customer experiences.

  • Drive enterprise customer support initiatives to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and issue resolution within agreed SLAs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support processes and deliver top-notch service to our valued clients.

  • Dedicate yourself to mastering Nutanix's product ecosystem and actively contributing to its innovation and customer success initiatives.

What You Will Bring

  • Possess a degree in computer science or a related field

  • Have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrate expertise on Linux, networking, storage, or virtualization technologies.

  • Exhibit technical support experience.

  • Showcase strong communicative skills

  • Show a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Display interest in a technical support role.
