Job Description:

As a General Construction Manager, you will lead and manage high-value construction projects ($500M+), ensuring they meet plans, specs, schedules, and budgets. Drive project success with expertise in construction management, intuitive decision-making, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and subcontracted work.

• Execute projects per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Optimize project schedules, costs, and resources.

• Ensure constructability and recommend necessary changes.

• Maintain high productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Implement safety procedures and foster a strong safety culture.

• Manage contractor commitments and coordinate their field activities.

• Administer labor relations and develop staff.
