Job Description:

Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant and play a key role in supporting our Sales Manager by maintaining wholesale accounts, processing orders, coordinating media opportunities, and assisting with inventory and production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain correspondence with wholesale accounts via email, fax, and phone.
• Process and fulfill orders, plan delivery routes, and deliver products.
• Coordinate media and marketing opportunities.
• Assist with warehouse inventory control and production activities.
• Operate a forklift as needed (forklift training and licensing provided).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and email).
• Drivers license with a clean abstract.
• Willing to operate a forklift (training provided).
