Description

We are offering an opportunity in the non-profit sector located in Honolulu, Hawaii, for a Receptionist. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls as required

• Providing exceptional customer service to all callers and visitors

• Accurately entering and updating data in our system

• Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various tasks

• Organizing files and maintaining a well-ordered work environment

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

• Assisting visitors by providing information or directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist

• Proven ability to answer multi-line phone system

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Experience with email correspondence

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining a systematic filing system

• Capability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Familiarity with mail processing procedures
