Prepare, season, and cook a variety of menu items. Clean and sterilize food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters. Perform general cleaning activities in kitchen and keep floors clean and safe. Cook rice; wash, peel, and chop vegetables; cut, slice, and fillet a variety of raw fish; chop, cut, dice, and shred garnish and other food items to prepare menu items. Perform food preparation tasks, such as making poke bowls, maki, sushi, sashimi, and rolls according to recipes and guidelines. Prepare customized bento, plates, and platters per customers request.
