Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as NA and CNA caregivers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our senior clients and assisting them with daily activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. Compensation & Benefits: Our company offers a competitive compensation package that includes a salary ranging from $18 to $25 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our growing franchise.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration - Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical and mental condition - Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping - Accompany clients to appointments and social outings - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided - Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team - Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
