100% Remote or Hybrid in Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a Maximo Support Specialist to provide critical support for Maximo and related tools within a large-scale Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) environment. This role focuses on user support, issue resolution, system testing, and collaborating with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $28 - $38 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for Maximo users, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes.

• Determine whether issues are training-related, data-related, or system-related.

• Execute system testing for defect corrections and lifecycle validation.

• Collaborate with teams to document design details and recommend system enhancements.

• Assist with additional EAM applications and support needs during peak periods.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with Maximo user support and software functionality.

• Strong Supply Chain knowledge and experience.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.

• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
