We are currently hiring for the position of Floater NA/CNA at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu in Honolulu, Hawaii. Description of the Role: As a Floater Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure their comfort and maintain their dignity. You will also remind clients to take their prescribed medication and promptly report any changes in their health to the nursing supervisor. Maintaining accurate records of the care provided is crucial in this role. Additionally, you will provide companionship, emotional support, and lend a listening ear to clients. Other responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and creating a safe and clean environment that promotes the well-being of clients. Effective and professional communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals is essential. Adaptability and driving to different locations as required by the job are expected, as well as the ability to perform a variety of tasks based on the unique needs of each client. You should be able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and responsibilities. Requirements: * Hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Hawaii. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. * Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining a full-time schedule. * Exhibit compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Successful completion of a background check and drug screening. * Strong work ethic and dependability. * Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments. * Excellent communication skills.
