We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role involves comprehensive support to multiple managers, contributing to the efficient operation of various departments. Responsibilities:

• Acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.

• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

• Managing executives’ calendars and scheduling appointments.

• Making travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role in the Administrative field.

• Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Familiarity with office equipment and applications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
