Oracle EPM Solution Architect in Honolulu, Hawaii

Job Description

Oracle Customer Success Services looking for an experienced EPM Solution Architect with strong application development and solution architect experience on EPBCS/FCCS/ARCS, and good functional knowledge on Forecasting and Consolidation process. Prior consulting experience preferred.

This role involves leading a project for implementation of Financial Close, Consolidation and Reporting using Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services (FCCS) and Planning & Budgeting in EPBCS. Should be able to design the overall EPM Solution based on the client business requirement and work with customer FP&A team on overall successful delivery of EPM Solution. Telecommuting/remote from within the US.

Note: The pay range is listed as hourly because it is a non-exempt position. It is direct hire with Oracle and not available for C2C arrangements. Sponsorship is not available.

Will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Lead Solution architect and engagement on all large delivery projects, involved in all aspects of delivery to ensure quality standards.

  • RFP, SOW, Project Plans and EPM Cloud Practice Initiatives

  • Driving requirements gathering from the Client

  • Preparing Functional Specifications Document and walking through the same with relevant collaborators for sign-off.

  • Driving technical design and implementation of the FCCS/EPBCS/ARCS solution.

  • Driving Conference Room Pilot sessions with business users and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the solution.

  • Configuring and implementing FCCS/EPBCS/ARCS application based on Technical Spec

  • Developing integration for loading metadata/data in EDMCS and Data Integration

  • Assisting in the preparation of system documentation

  • Performing Unit and System Integration Testing.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing.

  • Assisting with Production deployment and roll out.

  • Supporting the FCCS/EPBCS/ARCS solution post launch.

Responsibilities

Candidate should have following skills

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Finance/Business Accounting

  • Domain expert for in-depth EPM Enterprise Suite (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative, PCMCS, TRCS, EDMCS) with 10+ years of experience in consulting and has led multiple implementations, starting from Requirement Gathering, Converting Functional Spec to Technical Spec

  • Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design

  • Functional knowledge - understand of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement, and of Planning & Forecasting

  • Implementation experience with designing detailed components of the FCCS and EPBCS solution

  • Knowledge of EPM Automate

  • Scripting (Batch, VBScript, Python, and PowerShell)

  • Experience with managing EDM hierarchies, providing a centralized repository of master data and associated attributes, create mappings that feed downstream applications and enabling data governance

US: Hiring Range: from $52.45 to $107.45 per hour; from $109,100 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
