  • Position Summary*

The Analyst will support the Director of Operations Program Regulatory Compliance and the Flight Division team in ensuring regulatory compliance across Operations Programs. The role involves actively overseeing, tracking, and managing regulatory activities and timelines. Using various tools and techniques, the Analyst will develop and manage dashboards, models, schedules, and analyses to support regulatory compliance efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities*

Working in conjunction with the Director and Operations stakeholders, responsibilities include:

  • Supports regulatory compliance oversight for a comprehensive portfolio of Operations Programs

  • Proactively captures, tracks, and manages a thorough list of applicable regulatory compliance activities and timelines

  • Supports oversight, maintenance, and revision of Operations Specifications Parts A, B, and C

  • Develops and maintains dashboards, models, schedules, and analysis using tools and techniques to support operations regulatory compliance activities

  • Supports quality audits and evaluations, receives stakeholder feedback, and coordinates follow-up activities to support continuous improvement

  • Proactively monitors and tracks business developments for relevant impact to operations regulatory compliance

  • Defines standardized reporting packages and dashboards to drive strategic communication with stakeholders

  • Independently run projects or modules of larger projects

  • Liaises with regulatory authorities and operationally relevant external entities as required

  • Creates reports and presentations for senior leadership

  • Other duties as assigned or directed

  • Minimum Requirements*

  • Bachelors degree (focused on a quantitative discipline, e.g. Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

/ Please note that the provided salary information serves as a general guideline. Our salary is determined by a candidate's experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. The expected pay range is $70,000 - $92,000./

  • Preferred Qualifications*

  • MS or MBA degree or equivalent industry experience

  • Aviation background is preferred

  • Experience managing projects

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills

  • Ability to spot trends and make recommendations based on data and analysis
