Adecco US, Inc. Accounting Clerk in Honolulu, Hawaii

Adecco is currently assisting a local companies recruit for an Accounts Receivable and Account Payable Clerks in the greater Honolulu, HI area. This Accounting positions are job is full time, 40 hours per week opportunities, with starting pay rates of $18 to $20 per hour, DOE. Requirements:

  • Prepare Daily Deposits for Cash Receipts

  • Scan, File, Email Deposits

  • Input Cash Receipts into Accounting System

  • Assist in the Process of monthly tenant billings.

  • Research Accts Receivable issue/discrepancies.

  • Opens all incoming accounts payable invoices and incoming checks from vendors.

  • Enters all invoices into AP system (Daily/Weekly). Sets up new vendor accounts

  • Reconciles payable reports and statements from vendors.

  • Responds to accounts payable inquiries from vendors, clients, etc.

  • Issues Purchase Order numbers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of financial accounting experience and a demonstrated ability in accounting.

  • An Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting or a related field may be substituted in lieu of the above-mentioned experience requirement.

  • Effective communication skills (i.e. verbal/written and listening skills).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift a minimum 20lbs.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
