POSITION SUMMARY:

Senior Logistics Leader position supporting the PVH Regional Warehouse & Distribution Services functions. This leader is responsible for, collaboration with other regional & global logistics counterparts, the development of strategic planning and execution of Warehouse (3PL) & Distribution operations and initiatives to support organic growth and expansion within the APAC Region. Supervises Market Warehouse & Distribution leaders in APAC.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work closely with senior leadership, global & regional management as well APAC market leaders to align strategies supporting new and existing market-specific execution and growth.

  • Develop long term strategy for Regional W&D, projecting partnerships, systems, costs.

  • Collaborates with existing and potential future 3PL partners to ensure best in class warehouse & distribution operation thru cost efficiency, high fulfillment rates & push for net-zero-emissions under our Global Emission Reduction Roadmap.

  • Review KPI performance across region; identifies needs for any corrective action plans and holds stakeholders accountable to ensure operational performance meets or exceeds expectations.

  • Review and approve regional & market budget submissions. Understand and articulate variances to standards. Review on quarterly basis.

  • Manage & Maintain of all 3PL leases, costs, termination dates for the region. Full accountability of the Regional “Cost to Service” budget.

  • Work closely with IT on systems strategy and vision; develop mutually dependent plans and strategy to prioritize and execute.

  • Proactively review capital appropriation budgets, requests, approval.

  • Collaborate with other regions to develop standardized reporting and metrics.

  • Create a high performing team of direct and indirect reporting relationships.

  • Develop regional succession plan; Actively manage the professional development of all reports to motivate and retain staff.

  • Lead by example, exhibit PVH values and inclusive culture.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee regional operations performance to budgets and standards. Escalate deviations. Provide early identification of any new capital and IT requirements.

DECISION MAKING

  • Authority to manage area of responsibility within company guidelines and budgetary controls. Draws from extensive experience and judgment to plan remote staff goals. Builds teams and partnership through collaboration and influence. Must be able to communicate effectively through several layers of management and functions.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY

  • Design, identify and/or investigate new technologies that will result in process improvements and supporting both short- and long-term goals.

  • Possess a wide degree of creativity and ability to generate alternative solutions while applying the latest techniques, technologies and concepts. Keep abreast of and communicate technology trends, human capital needs, and market demands that affect project planning and execution. Must be flexible to adapt to changing needs of the business and any ad hoc strategic initiatives. Ability to develop strategies with senior management to capitalize on financial opportunities.

ENVIRONMENT

  • Constantly changing environment requiring multitasking - ability to lead and communicate at all levels to achieve changing objectives. Travel to multiple regional & international locations as necessary and the flexibility to support locations with multiple shift operations including flexibility to participate in meetings and electronic communication effectively across multiple time zones.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management preferred.

  • 15+ years in a leadership position with a global or regional company in an international distribution and logistics responsibility. International experience in apparel industry, with concentration on Asia market a plus.

Skills

  • Broad knowledge and perspective of Logistics, Warehouse (3PL) and Distribution landscape, prevailing market practices, assessing risks and opportunities. Diplomatic and respectful of current business practices, while at the same time, having the ability to advance new ideas and proposals with supporting analysis to challenge the status quo while driving execution.

  • Strong relationship builder and communicator with experience leading teams, developing strategies and team-oriented solutions for operational excellence.

  • Able to support and guide teams in managing multiple and often simultaneous tasks. Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, accountability, and commercial, operational and financial excellence.

  • Working knowledge of diverse warehouse management and IT systems, excellent verbal.

  • Aptitude for qualitative operational analysis, assessing opportunities and risks. Demonstrates strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively and under pressure, prioritizing goals and performing multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English.
