We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Product Mgmt Lead Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Product Mgmt Lead Analyst– C13) based in Hong Kong. The Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a broad range of Deposits Product Management portfolio, setting strategy, managing end to end projects delivery, and budgetary management, etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics in coordination with the broader Product Management team.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancement and development, product launches, and product marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product, as well as analyze competitive industry landscapes to identify relative trends, threats, and opportunities.

  • Develop plans and execute functional strategies for a country, multiple countries, region, or business requiring coordination and integration across units as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting job family or function within a region or business.

  • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results.

  • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with sales teams, marketing, operations technology, legal, compliance, finance and treasury to effectively drive for results.

  • Understand product pricing structure and strategy to manage portfolio balances and product profitability.

  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans.

  • Tracking business financial performance and developing key performance metrics

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • In depth knowledge of deposit products, strong analytical and presentation skills

  • Sound experience in product performance management

  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
