American Express International Card Services (ICS) Hong Kong. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to build and manage customer engagement initiatives for Centurion team. The incumbent is required to possess an analytical and creative mindset, to support the manager to source and develop cost effective partnerships and enhance the membership value leading to an uplift in spend engagement and sustainable profitable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and manage engagement model for Premium Products

  • Formulate and drive multichannel approach to customer engagement and achieve business objectives as well as improve customer loyalty

  • Develop and roll out product & marketing programs, including employing effective communication strategy and supporting on site management at cardmember events

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the target customer needs and preferences, including the evolving lifestyle trends for the high-net-worth segment

  • Lead project and tasks related to customer engagement transformation, closely collaborate with key stakeholders including servicing channels to drive optimal customer experience, partner with client managers to drive billings growth for premium products

  • Assist hiring manager to track portfolio performance, analyze market research results to ensure the optimal use of investment dollars and to identify trends and opportunities

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing / Business or equivalent

  • 4 years plus experience in marketing, product management or related experience required

  • Outward looking with keen interest on competitive landscape and the evolving lifestyle trends for the high-net-worth segment

  • Independent self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal accountability

  • Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent time management skills

  • Strong analytical and problems solving skills, comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, to build and articulate ideas based on a thorough assessment

  • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ability to work with external partners and cross functional teams

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively

  • Language proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese) is a must, Mandarin is a plus
