We are looking for someone with:
University degree holder
Relevant experience in financial institutions, a minimum of 10 years in insurance industries
Proven knowledge and experience in AML/ATF regulations and requirements as well as FATCA/CRS tax reporting.
Proven ability to manage Business and Operations
People oriented with tactful customer service skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
Self-motive, well organized and attentive to details Mature and strong personal drive. Able to work independently and under pressure
Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to lead the team
Strong PC skills in MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in spoken and written in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is preferred
Less experience candidate will considered as Manager, Operations
On the job you will:
Manage full scope of AML flagging and cases monitoring, including urgent ad hoc review of large cases, suspicious case at trigger events, PEP/Terrorist, sanction cases as well as other cases required high attention that referred from Compliance.
Handle regular review of various customer groups, such as high / medium / low risk customer review, FATCA/CRS Tax reporting as well as high value customer review.
Execute remediation actions from audits, regulators and RCSA findings.
Participate all operation related regulatory projects to strive balance between operation efficiency and risk control.
Support new controls measures implemented from time to time such as new control reports review, GLH CDD as well as the additional review work after the implementation of controls to deal with IA AML findings.
Lead a team providing risk control monitoring on daily and regular basis for onshore/offshore staffs.
Enhance the process improvement to an automated process in order to mitigate the risk and shorten the review processing time to cope with the increasing volume of high risk customer and stringent risk control.
