Manulife Senior Manager, IFP Business Development in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

The Opportunity

The position is accountable to support agency growth in IFP business and foster the right product mix to ensure a must win for both our Company and our customers. Join our exciting BD team to support Company must win priorities and supporting our front-line agency force. The incumbent is responsible for managing the assigned agency districts to achieve IFP sales target, and will implement the overall sales plan to achieve the assigned target.

What we are looking for

  • Degree holder

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel sales with agency or broker channel.

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills and be able to conduct sales presentation.

  • Fluent in Putonghua, and good command of English and Chinese

  • Team player, able to work independently under pressure.

On the job you will:

  • Be obsessed with our customers and be able to listen to our agency forces and support their day to day selling activities to promote IFP products.

  • Having channel sales experience in agency or broker market, so that the candidate is familiar with IFP products and its sales angels.

  • Having MCV sales experience to foster our MCV business growth.

  • A team player and enjoy team accomplishment and getting it done together.

  • To take ownership in his/her daily activities focusing on what matters.
