Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics Systems and Process Order Management Expert in Hong Kong, Hong Kong
You will be part of our Process and Systems team, adding your expertise and skills to the delivery of Customer and Operational Excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective is to design and execute technical solutions for customer-facing systems, as well as to continuously improve our existing processes and systems to refine the International Supply Chain (ISC) landscape.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the successful completion of all Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Application Programming Interface (API) customer integration projects.
Develop, document, implement and provide initial training for customer-specific systems.
Ensure all integrations are End-to-End (E2E) tested with our Transport Management Systems (TMS) and other systems in the ecosystem.
Support the Digital Solution teams to lead technical conversations with customers to understand EDI requirements.
Provide timely origin support for order management systems KN ESP and InforNexus.
Oversee origin order systems training, offering guidance to national process and systems teams for end-user standard system training.
Align processes and implementations of order systems with corporate strategy, identify gaps, provide feedback, and test and communicate new features and bug fixes to our countries.
Collaborate with various ISC teams to enhance product strategy, support solution design and implementations, and co-create action plans to improve origin performance.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong skills and knowledge of systems, solutions and order management solutions, along with your stakeholdermanagement and drive to execute projects will be the key to your success.
