Manulife Claim Analyst in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

The opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of office administration, including supporting and secretarial duties to the Team / Department

• Coordinate with hospitals, medical service providers for credit service approval, including preparation of correspondence.

• Follow-up with preferred providers / hospitals on bills, medical reports and medical enquiry replies.

• Document preparation, filing, scanning, upload and indexing.

• Handle general phone and email enquiries

• Compile statistics and reports

• Communicate and collaborate with different parties / business units to provide the highest level of quality and service to customers.

• Actively participate in department projects and activities that improve effectiveness and efficiency.

• Be a readily available resource to team members in supporting pre-assessment and claims processing.

• Other duties as assigned as assigned by supervisor.

What we are looking for

· University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.

· Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in insurance or Healthcare industry

· Strong interpersonal, communication, language and analytical skills

· Good team player and customer focused

· Self-motivated, willing to take on challenges and able to work under pressure
