This position has the accountability to manage and ensure the product operation aspects are closely monitored, adhere to operation excellence and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating data and reports to assist on informative decisions, formulate and execute product and marketing strategies for Asia Cluster Markets;

  • Develop efficient report tracking framework for report automatization and effective performance tracking.

  • Closely monitor portfolio KPIs and operational dynamics of the portfolio, through performance analytics to ensure business objectives are met as well as optimal use of investment dollars

  • Work with internal key stakeholders to deepen engagement with clients, to ensure superior customer service is delivered and to manage governance and on-going oversight of critical operation processes

  • Work with International teams to improve the corporate product suite so as to enhance overall competitive positioning

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • University degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related disciplines

  • 3 years business experience in areas of business development, products, marketing, partnerships

  • Business analytics experience and ability to drive data insights

  • Strategic thinker, with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and translate a broad set of information and analysis into customer insights, actionable plan and maximize returns for the company

  • Strong relationship skills demonstrating ability to influence stakeholders without having direct authority

  • Excellent presentation skills (development and delivery)

  • Strong analytical skills & attention to detail, with competency in Excel and/or other analytical tools

  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential
