Aon is currently recruiting an Account Manager, P&C Broking to join our team in Hong Kong.

What the day will look like
Developing new business and servicing of the designated business portfolio
Managing and providing high quality service to our existing clients
Exploring cross selling and penetration opportunities
Achieving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio and new clients
Optimizing client’s total cost of risk by providing strategic direction, program design and marketing support
Leveraging own expertise and relationships to deliver solutions
Partnering with local sales leadership, producers, Account Executives and SAMs on development of new business
Promoting local sales process and opportunities for clients and prospects including managing revenue pipeline and ensuring inclusion in local sales campaigns
Providing regular updates with respect to changes in local market (i.e. legislation, trends, etc.) including partnering with communications director to develop risk alerts
Support and comply with the internal operation requirements like DMI, ACL placement
Identifying and escalating areas for process improvement
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Preferably 3-6 years of insurance working experience
Holder of professional qualifications such as Senior Associate of ANZIIF or Associate of CII
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
