What the day will look like

  • Take ownership of client management including day to day program management, consultative service and relationship building

  • Expert knowledge and ensure effective working relationships with different teams in Aon to provide Aon United solutions to the client

  • Managing and providing high quality service to our existing clients

  • Achieving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio and new clients

  • Performing other duties as directed and assigned by the management

  • Partnering with local sales leadership, producers, Account Executives and SAMs on development of new business

  • Regularly providing updates with respect to changes in local market (i.e. legislation, trends, etc.) including partnering with communications director to develop risk alerts and other materials as appropriate

  • Identifying and escalating areas for process improvement

  • Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 6-10 years’ experience in account servicing primarily to local SME or mid/large-Corporate clients

  • Good knowledge of local markets, including insurers, tax, regulatory, unique coverage / issues

  • Sound General Insurance experience (including but not limited to Property & Casualty, Public and Products liability, Motor, Employee Compensation)

  • Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance

  • Bachelors or above in business or related disciplines
