Summary

The SCM Data Analyst is to facilitate supply chain data and smart analytics for strategic supply chain team. The analyst will the owner to support for critical reports. The role includes but not limited to conducting required data analysis, providing insights and driving productivity to improve cost savings.

Detailed Description

• Generating forecast and related data from the system

• Setting up databases related to cost, inventory, supply chain continuity and other KPI’s

• Ability to understand the numbers, simplify data and create smart analytics.

• Conduct TCOO Analysis

• Providing continuous improvements through data insights

• Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing, procurement and electronics

• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Good time management, be able to deliver according to schedule

• Works closely on multiple SCM accounts in Hardware Platform Solutions vertical.

• Will be preparing quarterly pricing documents, costing analysis, pricing increase tracking, consolidating data from supply chain risk reviews and tracking part qualifications with the GDS team.

• Basic experience with SAP and Rapid Response would be an asset.

• Ability to understand the numbers, simplify data and create smart analytics.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal customers

• Self-motivated, be able to work under minimum supervision

• Fast learner and detail oriented

• Ability to work assertively to achieve objectives

• Excellent data management and computer skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Team player and positive attitude

• Process savvy.

• Good English communication.

• 1-5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain

• Fresh Graduates can also apply

Typical Education

Post-secondary education or university degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Data management, Business/ Engineering/ Finance
