Sales Specialist Diagnostic Nord (m/w/d)

Major Tasks of Position:

  • Responsible for selling Grifols Diagnostics Products in an assigned territory to DRK Organisations, Blood Banks, Clinics and lab service networks.

  • Responsible for product introductions and trainings in client’s lab

  • Raising of acceptance for Grifols products with selected responsible persons and opinion makers in the special field of Immunohematology and Genotyping by: Providing Services, Information and Product training, Implementing Communication Concepts as well as Sales Strategies according to the existing Marketing Strategy.

  • Establishment of long living Client Relationships by implementing customer loyalty programs and methods.

  • Initiation and realization of events

  • Presentation of Grifols and their products on regional and national congresses

  • Continuous documentation and establishment of relevant data and Opportunities in relevant sales supporting systems e.g., Sales Force.com

  • Continuous Market analysis (external and internal data) incl. evaluation of potential and developing of strategic goals and activities within the territory and on client level (territory marketing plan)

  • Communication of relevant Market information (possibilities for product development and indications, market development, competitor information) to according central departments like Medical, Marketing, Quality Assurance, IT

  • Communication of cooperation possibilities with individuals within Grifols audience.

Capabilities:

  • Certificate as medical device consultant preferred (§31 Medizinprodukteberater)

  • Relevant Experience in Diagnostics sales and application

  • Experience in the field of immunohematology and genotyping preferred

  • Good communication skills

  • Presentation skills for group presentations

  • Computer skills - (Microsoft Office)

  • Experience with CRM tools preferable

  • Good English language skills​​​​​​​
