Trash removal/landscape laborer Witman Properties is a growing property management company that is in need of an additional laborer for our trash removal/landscape department. You will be working side by side with one of our team leaders doing various tasks within landscaping and trash removal. No experience is necessary, We are willing to train the right candidate. Our requirement is that you have a driver\'s license and reliable transportation to work. Workflow: Cleaning out apartments when tenants vacate, Cleaning trash on the exterior of properties Cleaning around dumpsters from overflow of trash between trash cycles Cleaning gutters Fall clean ups Spring clean ups Pruning Mulching Asphalt Snow removal Tree trimming/removal Additional tasks can be added depending on the workday. Compensation to start between \$15.00-\$17.00/hr, depending on experience. We offer PTO, health insurance, 4 paid holidays a year, and a relaxed work environment.
