What You\'ll Be Doing: Providing top-notch care that exceeds our residents\' expectations. Promoting autonomy and dignity for all elders. Leading and coordinating the interdisciplinary care team to meet individual needs. Making independent clinical decisions and communicating them effectively. Implementing physician orders and nursing interventions. Participating in resident care planning and supporting our nursing department\'s goals and objectives. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. Monitoring residents\' conditions, reporting changes promptly, and maintaining accurate documentation. Inspiring teamwork and creating a positive work environment. Empowering elders to make their own decisions whenever possible. Making prompt and accurate judgments in emergency situations. Collaborating with elder assistants, elders, and families to provide necessary teaching and support. What You\'ll Bring: Graduation from an accredited school or college of nursing. Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts. Excellent assessment skills and a team-oriented mindset. Understanding of MDS and Care Planning.
