What You\'ll Be Doing: Providing top-notch care that exceeds our residents\' expectations. Promoting autonomy and dignity for all elders. Leading and coordinating the interdisciplinary care team to meet individual needs. Making independent clinical decisions and communicating them effectively. Implementing physician orders and nursing interventions. Participating in resident care planning and supporting our nursing department\'s goals and objectives.
