Description We are looking for a proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling customer communications, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and addressing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer communications, including both inbound and outbound calls.

• Efficiently handling customer service inquiries and resolving them in a timely manner.

• Accurately processing customer applications.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions as needed.

• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and record-keeping.

• Collaborating effectively with a small team to ensure smooth operations.

• Committing to long-term contract employment to ensure consistent customer service.

• Using strong skills in customer service to provide high-quality assistance to all customers.

• Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer service delivery. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Solid experience in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Experience in data entry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new software applications

• Excellent customer focus and understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction.
