What will I be doing?

As a Senior Sales Manager at The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of the written sales agreement and corresponding arrangements between the hotel and the customer during meetings or events. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the liaison between the customer and the hotel by directing each department within the hotel regarding their specific roles in the on-site convention.
• Maximizing revenues through effective upselling of products and services.
• Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the hotel and the customer to deliver a successful event. #LI-AT3
