Job Description

We are looking for a Principal Developer to join our enterprise level clients team working on a project for the Sales Portfolio called Incentives and is using Salesforce. This individual will be developing, enhancing and implementing a fiscal planning application for internal operations and external suppliers to collaborate on. The application will automate work done manually today in Excel. They are aiming for a December deliverable to refine the UX in salesforce / focus on frontend refinements, and then will work heavily in the backend to pull data out of Excel. A JavaScript based tech stack in React, Typescript, Node.js, Azure is a huge plus but not required. This role will be focused heavily in Salesforce, so strong experience here is the most important aspect and will be required for consideration. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their works, partners heavily with product teams to collaborate on applications, has a system design approach, and is comfortable working hands on with some mentorship to more junior engineers.

estimated pay 60-70 hourly

Skills and Requirements

- Principal level experience as a fullstack engineer building scalable applications ideally 7+ years experience

- Strong experience with Salesforce

o Deliverables include: Redesigning user interface for incentives (nested actions on one page rather than clicking through several pages), adding action logbook for meeting notes, action items, etc. to support planning process, automating manual work done in Excel

- Strong background partnering directly with Product Teams

o Can think from the product side with a system design approach understands system design, understands scalability, keeps customer in mind and knows how it will benefit end users

- STRONG CULTURE FIT: thought leader, passionate about learning, good communicator

- Experience working on React based web / mobile applications using Node.js strongly preferred null
