Location: Holland, MI

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment
• Maintain production machines
• Assemble equipment parts
• Store products and materials
• Meet production deadlines both individually and as part of a team
• Report defective products or machinery/equipment
• Check stock levels and report deficiencies in products/materials
• Keep a clean and safe workspace to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products
• Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery

Skills Needed:

• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Blueprint reading
• Basic Math

Knowledge Required:

• Basic understanding of production processes
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of basic machinery and equipment

Ability to Implement:

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Capability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
