We are Hiring an Aftermarket Sales Representative in Holland, MI!
Summary:
As an Aftermarket Sales Representative , you play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our key client relationships. Your focus is on ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative environment. We’re seeking an individual who embodies high-impact behaviors, is inspired to innovate, empowered to lead, and accountable for driving success.
Core Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Lead a team responsible for managing key client accounts.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients.
o Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
o Oversee execution, analysis, and optimization of account plans.
o Provide strategic insight to enhance clients’ programs.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor account executives and representatives.
o Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members.
o Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
• Goal Alignment and Performance Tracking:
o Monitor team performance and provide guidance when needed.
o Ensure that goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
o Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Thrive in a changing environment and adapt to new challenges.
o Proactively address obstacles and find effective solutions.
o Collaborate with colleagues to drive results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering
• Sales experience
• Distribution experience
• Proven experience in account management or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Availability to travel up to 25%
Salary range:
$70,500.00 - $126,500.00
