General Summary:

Do you like Barbie or you prefer Furioza? Well, we have so many cool content in our portfolio that you cannot imagine. We are currently seeking for a person who is passionate about TV & Media analysis specifically dedicated to the Czechia region.

As a Research Manager, your key responsibilities will involve collecting, analysing, and interpreting data regarding television audience viewership in Czechia. In this position, you will play an important in developing our WarnerTV channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation :

  • Analyse television viewership trends, patterns, and demographics.

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to assess audience engagement.

  • Segment television audiences based on demographic, geographic, and behavioural criteria.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to understand the preferences and viewing habits of different audience segments.

  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing & PR teams, programming, affiliate/distribution, and ad sales, in Czechia, to align audience measurement strategies with business objectives.

Working with various data sources:

  • Execute data retrieval using our primary research tools.

  • Combine quantity and qualitative sources to find meaningful insights for the business.

  • Propose new solutions & optimisations.

Market insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, changes in viewer behaviour, and emerging technologies affecting TV audience measurement.

  • Leverage local market knowledge to map relevant sources, providing valuable insights specific to the Czechia market.

  • Provide insights on how industry developments may impact our audience measurement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in the television or media industry (is an advantage)

  • Working knowledge with TV audience measurement tools and methodologies (incl. Adwind Kite)

  • Very good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Interest in television entertainment and media industry

  • Attention to detail with the ability to come up with innovative ideas

  • Self-driven, proactive, fast learning TEAM PLAYER

  • Strong interpersonal and organization skill

  • Strong analytical skills – able to understand the market, draw conclusions

  • Has effective presentation and excel skills.

  • Demonstrates creativity when developing solutions and encourages it in others.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to ask the right questions.

  • Czech language native or fluency, English fluency
