This is a 2nd shift role with a schedule of Monday - Friday 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM and offers competitive pay starting at $21.50/hour. Initially, you'll undergo training on the 1st shift Monday - Thursday 6 AM - 4:45 PM with potential overtime on Fridays paid at a rate of $17.50/hour.

Responsibilities of the Paint Lead:

• Prepare parts for powder coating by masking, sanding or other necessary tasks.
• Hang and remove materials on and off the finishing conveyor line adhering strictly to safety protocols.
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure scrap is reported properly.
• Maintain accurate counts of parts before and after they go through the conveyor line.
• Assist in cleaning the powder booth and performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Handle stock duties as required to support operations.

Requirements for the Paint Lead position:

• Ability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting and moving items weighing between 25 to 70 pounds.
• Capability to stand or walk continuously during the shift.
• Willingness to engage in occasional to frequent physical activities such as bending, kneeling, twisting and reaching.
