A full-service architectural firm located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!

Job Description:

• Will be managing a team of 3-4 architects

• Will attend client meetings

• Manage budgets, scopes of work, and timelines/scheduling

• Coordinate with consultants, owners, engineers, and municipal officials

• Manage projects from start to finish, schematic/conception through construction administration

• Will oversee and assist as needed in production of construction documents

• Will travel to local sites, some national if desired

Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelors/Master's Degree in Architecture

• Degree must be accredited in the United States

• Ideally 10+ years of post-graduate, stateside experience

• Must be fully proficient AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Sketchup

• Revit is a plus

• Licensure not required but highly preferred

• Must have experience within commercial/multifamily projects

• Must be experienced in running with projects from start to finish
