Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced insights consulting manager to join our marketplace strategic initiatives team. This individual will lead end-to-end research initiatives utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, stakeholder engagement, and analysis, with a strong ability to generate actionable insight

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end mixed methods research projects on Marketplace sellers, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to gain deep insights into seller needs, behaviors, and preferences

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive research initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct thorough analysis of research findings and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, and Business teams.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies in market research and ecommerce.

Preferred Qualifications... • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field, Project Management Certification • Analytics - Big Data, Data Analysis and Insights, Statistical Programming Language

Minimum Qualifications... • Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field AND 2 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area. • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, SQL language, Looker (LookerML) and data structure knowledge • Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries to extract data. The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively. • Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data • Ability to thrive

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
