Stevens Institute of Technology Part-Time Seasonal Seasonal Admissions Processor in Hoboken, New Jersey

Job Description Under the direction of the Director of Operations within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, the part-time admissions processor reviews student transcripts, external test scores, and other documentation for entry into the university admissions database. This position is categorized as predominately remote under the universitys current Flexible Work Arrangement policy. Responsibilities of the position include: Review and data entry into all incoming applications for undergraduate admissions Updating and maintaining student records and databases using Slate CRM Evaluates and enters courses and grade point averages from transcripts Review and verify all records and submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established admissions standards and procedures. Correct errors and merge duplicate student records, as needed. Maintain confidentiality regarding student records in compliance with state and federal laws in accordance with the Federal Education Records Protection Act (FERPA). Works closely with Operations staff on projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. Qualifications Associate degree and two years of related experience in an educational environment OR high school diploma and three years of related experience/training in the admissions department of an educational environment. Computer Proficiency in various systems. Independent worker with the ability to work with a highly organized team Demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks readily, adhere to prescribed routines, and follow oral and written instructions.
