Key dimensions - Scope & Scale:
The Strategic Partnership Manager is designed to cultivate & manage partnerships across various channels including key accounts, distribution partners, and governmental bodies. The primary objective is to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships that optimize access to markets, enhance distribution channels, and drive vaccination policies, ultimately contributing to the company's mission of improving global health through vaccination.
Partnership in the sense of alliance: integrating here all those teams that interact with the partner, maintain the alliance and ensure performance of the alliance guiding the partner in its implementation but also in ensuring the right level of access publicly
Partnership in the sense of distribution partnership
Partnership with governmental bodies: team engaging with public procurement bodies to drive vaccination policies, do tender shaping & management - that may be classified sometimes as public sales teams. This team is closely interacting with the head of vaccines on the market shaping.
Coordination with medical, public affairs, market access, regulatory affairs, supply & operations.
Main responsibilities:
Partnership Management
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management
Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners
Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals
Guide partners in implementing collaborative initiatives and ensuring the right level of public access
Sustain, manage and cultivate a relationship with partners to foster deeper relationships and explore new opportunities
Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships
Distribution Partnership Management
Cultivate and manage distribution partnerships to optimize vaccine distribution channels
Collaborate with partners to enhance market penetration and reach
Governmental Relations and Public Procurement
Engage with governmental bodies to influence vaccination policies and strategies
Shape and manage tenders to secure public procurement contracts
Work in liaison with the sales & customer engaging team to understand current market trends and Vacine Head to shape market strategies
Coordination with Cross-functional Teams
Collaborate with medical, public affairs, market access, regulatory affairs, supply, and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in partnership activities
Provide input and insights to inform decision-making processes across departments
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.

You will act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive mutual success
About you
Work Experience:
Experience in strategic partnership management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven track record of successfully managing complex partnerships and alliances
Experience in government relations, public procurement, and distribution partnership management is highly desirable
Knowledge:
Education Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) preferred but not required.
Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the vaccines sector.
Familiarity with governmental regulations, procurement processes, and vaccination policies.
Knowledge of distribution channels and partnership dynamics within the healthcare sector
Safeguard the company's reputation by adhering to ethical principles and promoting transparency and accountability in all interactions.
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.
