- Key Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Business Analyst provides key support to the VF Asia Digital Product Creation team facilitating investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all related KPIs and metrics. Responsible for driving the analytics program to ensure understanding and insights are incorporated upstream in the product pipeline. Required to proactively foster relationships with regional teams and business partners on analytics and process improvements. Should be passionate about exploring new ways of delivering data to business partners and is enthusiastic to learn new technologies required to deliver on innovative analytical solutions.

- Key Area of Responsibility:

• Performing exploratory analysis by supporting cross functional projects to conduct exploration of product and customer acceptance to drive actionable learnings on product execution and communications;

• Schedule, execute and share regular analytics and reporting;

• Perform analysis and support execution of strategic initiatives along with processes, tools and systems needed to support them;

• Identifying process improvement opportunities and new ways of delivering data to business partners like Business Intelligence and/or other tools;

• Streamline data capturing and report production process and identify efficient ways of working by moving away from legacy tools;

• Proactively foster internal and external relationships to partner on analytics and processes;

• Develop knowledge of tools and systems that impact supply chain;

• Prepare presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to all levels of management.

Job requirements

- Minimum Relevant Experience : 2- 4 years

- Minimum Academic Requirement : Bachelor’s degree Preferred

- Major Subjects: Science/ Engineering/ Business or related analytic field

- Required Professional Qualification:

• Operations and business intelligence experience – Prior experience (2-4 years) in strategy, management consulting, finance, operations, retail/consumer products or similar analytic role.

• Computer Skills – Proficient with excel, would be a plus if have hand-on experience in PowerBI/ Tableau/ any programming language

• Problem Solver & Drive results - can proactively solve problems and effectively manage multiple challenges. can see a problem from multiple angles and provide viable, innovative.

- Language Proficiency: Excellent English Writing Skills & Oral Skills

- Required Competencies:

• Hands on experience and proficiency in Excel, Tableau and PPT

• Experience in an analytics role, academia, analytic consulting in retail/consumer products or supply chain in general

- Other Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

• Good analytical and problem solving skill

• Technical documents writing experience

• Experience managing global teams and projects
