About the role

Working with factory team and sales team to complete daily accounting activities and month-end closing activities in time, supporting and oversee the accounting and finance function, enhance the accounting processes to support for business in the right manners, working with internal, external audit team to comply with company policy as requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing and providing analysis for general accounting processes such as inter-company cash, cash management, government accounting, financial reporting, project accounting, and / or balance sheet management

• Responsible for developing and documenting accounting policies, procedures, control processes, and financials.

• Manages and analyse activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control financial resources and compliance with regulations, laws, and reporting activities.

• Prepares, examines, and conforms to procedures for general ledger preparation and project and / or government accounting activities.

• Performs monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes to ensure timely completion and accuracy.

• Develops and documents accounting policies, procedures, control processes, and financials.

• Prepares budgets and forecasts and compares budget to actual costs, ensuring that budgets are adhered to.

• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations in order to accurately represent financial standing.

• Supports internal and external audits for process compliance and timely completion.

Minimum Requirements:

As a Senior Accountant, minimum you must have:

• Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience

• Practical to substantial knowledge of organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work

• University Degree or equivalent

• A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR

• An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience

• SAP and Misa is preferrable
