A Day in the Life

Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Receives and greets customers and other visitors.

  • Directs them to appropriate place or employee.

  • Issues control badges; records arrivals and departures.

  • Operates a telephone answering system directing callers to appropriate receiver.

  • May have responsibility for company filing systems

  • Uses computer to perform clerical duties.

  • Oversee the mailroom operations, including sorting, distributing, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages using the facilities system.

  • Use facilities ticketing system to monitor maintenance requests.

Must Have

  • Requires full job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work

  • experience or education. Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Words, Excels and PowerPoint)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
