Abbott National KAM Lead, Ethical (Nutrition Division) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Responsible for nationwide key tender and reimbursement management in ethical channel which are included:
Plan, build partnership with internal & external stakeholders and define potential customers and activities of ethical channel within a specified geography, product line, or market segment to achieve established target.
Coach/Control/ develop the KAM team to be more effectively and more proactive in activities and key account management.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (NEW)
Leads development of Strategic Account Plans that align with Abbott core capabilities to key account strategic imperatives
Find out business/ access opportunity & guide to KAM team in territory management through increasing tender list, building nutrition protocol, engage KOL & create valuable access activities for our product to drive better business result.
Work with key stakeholders/decision makers of Top Key Hospitals in planning the partnership programs to accelerate the assess in these accounts based on the strategic insights of mutual need from hospitals & Abbott Nutrition International
Implementation the programs in Key Accounts in collaboration with Marketing team & in line with our strategies
Lead members of the KAM team to advocate/educate Account stakeholders to enhance the quality acknowledgment of Abbott Nutrition portfolios.
Deliver access goals including KAs objective but not limited to key account performance, facilitate business goals successfully.
Increase disease awareness and loyalty/adherence for each key account to enhance the patient reach, also doing policy engagement at account level.
Centralize Abbott Nutrition Key account management and tender activities to develop Account Plan and monitor all progress as a contact point between Abbott and Account.
Partner with Field Force ensure the programs implement from end to end and achieve the objectives.
Train/Coach/Control the KAM team to be more effectively and more proactive in activities and key account management.
Manage & guide to KAM to develops action plans (i.e., weekly, quarterly, monthly) by analyzing quarterly and monthly sales figures and reports identifying the needs of particular accounts and discussing issues with manager to help the organization achieve its sales goals

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience
Experience
Minimum 3 years – 4 years in the role or similar job R&R
At least 3–4-year relevant experience in management role
Experience in working in pharmaceutical industries/Nutrition companies’ business with
closely interactions with business functions and & external partners
Strong background in stakeholder engagement and management
Experience in working with sales team, MKT team and able to demonstrate the capability in biz driving to meet target or biz goal.
Education
Bachelor's Degree - University graduate in Medical/ Pharmacy qualification
