You will be part of our Human Resources team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of talent development

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to implement our objectives by designing, influencing, coaching + facilitating talent development initiatives to support the business through both change + growth.

Your Responsibilities

The job holder needs to develop + deliver across their respective area of scope. The areas of focus include:

• Performance Enablement + Succession Planning

• Leadership + Talent Development programs.

• Onboarding + Training calendar for area of scope.

• Enhance, update + deliver training content across our suite of internal development interventions.

• Ad-hoc talent development projects including participating in project groups at a regional, cluster or national level.

As such, you must build strong relationships with senior leaders in the business to ensure our talent management as well as our learning + development solutions meet the strategic needs of the business as well as integrate with the Global/Regional programs + initiatives

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource or related filed

• At least 5 years in talent development, organization development, alongside delivering a range of development interventions to support this across the organization

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable talent development initiatives

• Be proactive and a good team player and fluent in English.
