Position Purpose: Responsible for preparing guest orders.

Essential Functions:

• Read ticket orders and prepare all guest orders accordingly and in compliance with product portioning specifications.
• Prepare all GPI food products in compliance with GPI Standards and within allowable service times
• Collect funds from customers and make appropriate change as necessary
• Clean and restock table, cut table, and dough sheeting area
• Custodial duties as assigned
• Use appropriate kitchen tools
• Other duties asassigned

Position Qualifications:

• Less than a HS education
• Knowledge of POS Systems helpful
