Job Description Summary

サービス契約または注文の一環として、取引の促進、交換/修理部品の在庫化、配送を担当します。主に、取引の処理、プロセスの管理、資材管理、現場運営、倉庫の物流と出荷などの活動があり、場合によっては、分析、会議の進行、運営が含まれます。また、これらを遂行するために、業務委託、派遣社員のマネージメントも行います。通常は指示と作業ルーチンに従って、標準的な運用/技術タスクを実行しますが、現場の状況に応じて、タスク/義務を完了するために順序をアレンジすることも求められます。この業務は、チーム内だけではなく、顧客にダイレクトに影響を与えます。

Responsible for facilitating transactions, inventorying replacement/repair parts, and delivering as part of a service contract or order. Primary activities include processing transactions, managing processes, materials management, field operations, warehouse logistics and shipping, and occasionally analysis, meeting facilitation and administration. Also manages contracted and temporary labor to accomplish these. Performs standard operational/technical tasks, typically following instructions and work routines. However, may be required to arrange sequences to complete tasks/duties depending on field conditions. This role directly impacts the customer as well as the team.

<必要な資格>

口頭と書面での交渉のご経験がある方

顧客対応ができる日本語力、TOEIC 500点レベルの英語力(会話力あれば尚可。)

<望ましい特性>

口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション スキルがある方。

対面、電話での顧客対応経験、納期の連絡、交渉の経験がある方。

サプライチェーン、ロジスティクス、カスタマー、コールセンター経験者。

データ分析、資料作成の経験者。

課題に積極的に取り組める方。忍耐力のある方。自己管理力のある方。

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leads, coordinates, or oversees warehouse & logistics operations. Activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, reducing controllable expenses, VCP, & contract labor spend, and covering EHS, logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping). Manage warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse). Manage and coordinate communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed. Oversees strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery. Drives cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.

  • Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.

  • Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

  • A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.

Required Qualifications

Japanese proficiency for verbal and written negotiations and customer service, English proficiency over TOEIC 500 level (conversation skills are preferred)

Desired Characteristics

Must have verbal and written communication skills. Those who have experience in dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone, communicating delivery dates, and negotiating.

Experienced in supply chain, logistics, customer, call center, and, experienced in data analysis and document creation would be even better.

People with the initiative to tackle challenges in a positive manner, perseverance, and self-management will be suitable for this job.
