Hilton. R.M. Landscape. Snow Removal - Heavy Equipment Operator.

R.M. Landscape is a growing company with a large portfolio of commercial properties in which we provide superior snow and ice management services throughout Western NY. Our Snow Removal - Heavy Equipment Operator will utilize snow management using various heavy equipment to keep our clients' sites clear of snow and reduce the hazards of ice. The ideal candidate must love working outdoors in all types of cold weather in this challenging position. We value reliability, commitment, and offer a competitive package.

Estimated Start October 2023, with ability to work a weather-dependent, 7-day-a-week, on-call schedule.

Responsibilities: * Work with Site/Route Managers to clear snow and manage ice per company standards * Maintain a safe job site, ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged from removal efforts * Maintain and care for heavy equipment, tools, and vehicles * Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt * Operate, prepare, and inspect various machinery ensuring equipment is in top condition and appropriate for site

Job Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Experience using shovels, plows, snow blowers, ATVs, skid loaders, vehicles with plow blades, and loaders (Required) * Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions (Required) * Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs safely and with assistance (Required) * Reliable transportation and ability to commute (Required) * Valid NYS Driver License (Required) * Follow all safety guidelines and use safety equipment (Required)
