How will you make an impact
As part of the Agile Release Train (ART) leadership, you will coordinate inputs and outputs of the ART with other departments, including bridging the gap with the hardware development program operating with traditional waterfall methodologies. This mandates collaboration with adjacent departments which either directly contribute to the value stream or are connected to it. Program Management optimizes value delivery over time within existing budget boundaries. While doing so, also provides transparency inside and outside the ART by maintaining the forecast.
What will you do
Alignment on program priority and progress
Work with ART leaders to build the roadmap and budget
Coordinate software engineering efforts to ensure program milestones are met
Collaborate across time zones with engineering leaders
Manage ART proficiency and capacity
Represent software engineering at Technical Stakeholder Meetings (TSM)
Manage Non-Standard Request (NSR) quotation & time writing
Handle cross-ART operational blocking issues
Identify and mitigate risks
How will you get here
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
7+ years as a software project or program management
Agile project management
Independent and creative problem solver
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Ability to influence people at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with equipment manufacturing, electron microscopy or semiconductor
SAFe certification
PMP certification
