Adecco US, Inc. HR Generalist - Bilingual in Hillsboro, Oregon

Strategic partner to the organization, providing comprehensive HR support across various functions. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with departmental leaders, advise executive management, and utilize data analysis to develop effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated HR partner to assigned business units, conducting regular meetings.

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to the Executive Management Team.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop impactful solutions, programs, and policies.

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, partnering with legal counsel as needed.

  • Provide performance management guidance to line managers, including coaching and disciplinary actions.

  • Foster positive employee relations, enhancing morale, productivity, and retention.

  • Develop and interpret HR policies, ensuring consistent application.

  • Create contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.

  • Advise on workforce planning, business unit restructures, and succession planning.

  • Identify and address training and executive coaching needs.

  • Evaluate training program effectiveness and alignment with objectives.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.

  • Collaborate with Accounting and Management to design comprehensive benefits packages.

  • Support community engagement initiatives and social media outreach.

  • Lead OSHA and company safety committees, ensuring compliance and reporting.

  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to 1 detail.

  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

  • Thorough understanding of organizational structure, job roles, and compensation practices.

  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or ability to obtain within one year.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
