Description We are providing a unique opportunity for a Finance Manager in HILLSBORO, Oregon. This role is centered around financial analysis within the telecom industry. This position is a short-term contract job that offers an engaging workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and report on findings

• Use your problem-solving skills to address and resolve financial issues

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders about financial information

• Work independently and collaboratively to meet project deadlines

• Leverage your proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting to inform business decisions

• Use advanced Excel and other financial software to manage and analyze data

• Oversee the budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business goals

• Comply with federal grant requirements in both pre-award and post-award stages

• Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all financial procedures

• Conduct financial reporting and analysis to provide insight into business performance.

Skills:

• Proficiency in 3M and ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with About Time and Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Auditing and Budget Processes

• Strong knowledge of Compliance Requirements • Must possess expertise in accounting software systems

• Proficiency in 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is beneficial

• Should be capable of managing all accounting functions

• Auditing experience is essential

• Must be familiar with budget processes and compliance

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required

• Strong knowledge in financial reporting and general ledger structure

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Must possess a professional qualification in finance or a related field

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate independently when necessary

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
