Job Description

Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager. This person will be the right-hand-man to the on-site Project Manager, and be trained to grow into a Project Manager role in the future. See details below:

 · Review plans and specifications associated with the assigned projects.

 · Tracking the status of our vendors, general contractors, and employees

 · Checking the project data for accuracy

 · Keep the projects documentation up to date and in the correct location.

 · Track and maintain Job Spreadsheets

 · Procure materials and resources for the assigned projects

 · Assist the team with job costing and tracking.

 · Assist in writing and tracking RFIs.

Skills and Requirements

Background in construction (1 year preferred in some sort of assistant management role)

Experience with Excel Professional Degree (mechanical, electrical, construction management)

Procore experience null
