SNC is seeking candidates for positions at Hill AFB, Utah supporting effective and responsive integration throughout the lifecycles of Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM) Weapon Systems. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Must-haves:
Bachelor's of Science degree in any engineering discipline and typically 14 or more years of relevant experience
OR Masters degree in any engineering discipline and 12 years of related experience
OR PhD degree in any engineering discipline and 9 years of related experience
Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Progressive experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
Advanced understanding of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
Systems Engineering Certification
6+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
Professional Engineering License
Able to create unified user experiences throughout a given application
Experienced with developing and orchestrating usability studies and addressing issues that are discovered
Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation and analysis & functional allocation
Conduct system requirements reviews
Develop concepts of operation & interface standards
Develop system architectures
Perform technical and nontechnical assessment & management
End-to-end flow analysis
Generating and reviewing designs for technical accuracy, completeness and appropriateness
Principal skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
